Kasicuci7 Terms & Conditions – Rules of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

To register and use kasicuci7's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. kasicuci7 takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documents (identity card, passport) at any time.
• Location: The kasicuci7 platform is intended for users located in regions where online betting activities are permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only at kasicuci7. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Registering with kasicuci7 is simple and free. However, there are several important responsibilities you should understand as an account holder:

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. kasicuci7 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: kasicuci7 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of current address and proof of the payment method used.
• Updating Your Information: If any of your personal details change (address, phone number, or email), you are responsible for updating that information in your account promptly.
• Suspicious Activity Notification: If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify the kasicuci7 support team immediately via live chat or email.

Kasicuci7 accepts deposits via recognised Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Key terms regarding deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in the member's own name. Depositing using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Kasicuci7 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or any form of international bank transfer other than those listed above.
• In the event of any suspicious deposits or those inconsistent with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, kasicuci7 reserves the right to hold the funds and request further verification.
• Failed deposits resulting from inaccurate information provided by the member are solely the member's responsibility. kasicuci7 is not liable for any associated charges or losses.

Kasicuci7 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and securely. The following terms and procedures apply to all members:

• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Daily Maximum Limit: The maximum withdrawal limit is RM50,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their membership tier.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made to an account that same to the same deposit method used, or to a Malaysian bank account held in the member's own name.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for e-wallet methods. FPX bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: If your account has an active bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirement, withdrawals may not be permitted until that requirement is fulfilled. Please refer to the Bonus & Promotions section for more details.

• Welcome Bonus: First-deposit bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective promotional terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until all wagering requirements have been fully met.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each member is entitled to claim any given promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine risk — such as betting on both sides of the same match or colluding with other accounts — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Validity Period: All bonuses and free credits have a validity period as stated in the respective offer. Bonuses that expire unused will be automatically forfeited.
• kasicuci7 VIP Programme: Active members are eligible to upgrade to VIP tiers, which offer exclusive benefits such as daily rebates of up to 1.5%, higher withdrawal limits, a personal account manager, and invitations to exclusive events. VIP terms are subject to policy updates from time to time.

All bets placed on kasicuci7 are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip has been issued, the wager is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, except under specific circumstances provided for in the rules of the relevant sport.
• Sufficient Balance: Bets will only be processed if your account has sufficient balance. Bets that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds will be automatically voided.
• Odds Error: In the event of a technical error or an obvious odds display error that deviates significantly from the correct market value, kasicuci7 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Members found to have deliberately exploited such errors may have their accounts suspended.
• Sports Betting: All Sports Betting outcomes (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports, etc.) are based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing bodies. Results determined by kasicuci7 are final upon receipt of official confirmation.
• Live Betting (In-Play): During live betting, odds may change at any time. Bets will be processed at the odds current at the time the bet is confirmed by the system, not the odds that may have been displayed immediately prior to confirmation.

To ensure a safe and fair experience for all kasicuci7 members, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Fraud & Manipulation: All forms of fraud, match manipulation, use of automated bots, cheat software, or any other unauthorised means of gaining an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: kasicuci7 complies with Malaysia's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financing is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Account Sharing: A kasicuci7 account is for the sole use of the registered individual. Sharing your account with others, lending your account or acting on the instructions of a third party using your account is strictly prohibited.
• System Disruptions: Any attempt to hack, disrupt or breach kasicuci7's security systems is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Betting Syndicate: Members are not permitted to act as agents or intermediaries to accept bets on behalf of other individuals using their kasicuci7 account.

Kasicuci7 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• False or incomplete registration information
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Requests from law enforcement authorities
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

If an account is closed due to a violation, all outstanding bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member upon completion of the investigation, subject to no outstanding claims.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the kasicuci7 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the KYC process has been completed.

While kasicuci7 strives to provide the best and most reliable service, there are certain limitations of liability that all members should be aware of:

• Kasicuci7 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical disruptions may occur from time to time.
• Kasicuci7 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the member's end.
• Kasicuci7's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the preceding 12 months.
• Kasicuci7 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by members.

Kasicuci7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the kasicuci7 website or upon notification to members via their registered email address, whichever comes first.

Continued use of the kasicuci7 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kasicuci7 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the member and kasicuci7, both parties agree to settle the matter through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules and procedures of a recognised arbitration body.

Members agree that any legal action relating to the use of the kasicuci7 platform shall be filed exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction, and members hereby consent to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court.
